These clients had a highly cracked, older driveway in need of replacement. Once the old driveway was pulled up, water was found to be leaking underneath for lack of proper drainage. After new drainage was installed, a great new driveway was poured and placed.
NW Calgary 2nd Floor Remodel
These Clients wanted a small third bedroom reconfirgured into a master suite with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The existing bathroom was also remodeled. Some creative ideas including a barn-style door made for a fantastic space!
This older Calgary home was in need of two bathroom updates, more natural light through the main floor and a concrete walkway to the garage. Our bathroom design, ideas for opening load-bearing walls and walkway design maximized beauty while minimizing cost. Great result, exactly what the owners wanted.
Retail Store - Historical Building

Completed to Designer's specifications and within Historic society regulations.
This newly build home was lacking enough space to open the balcony door. After a balcony extension by Cambio Contracting, the homeowners can finally enjoy their morning coffee on this patio with a bird's eye view.
Additional Renovations included this bathroom which was found to be molding due to water leaks and a lack of membrane behind the tiles. This shower was torn up, repaired and improved
TIMELINE: 5 1/2 months
SCOPE: Full contracting of a 1960's bungalow to be moved to the Crowsness Pass. Cambio prepared a custom foundation and ICF basement, on which the house was placed. The house was fully remodeled and modernized. The home is hydronically heated by boiler, is solar ready and has superior insulative properties.
SCOPE: contracted by Client to install hydronic heating, increase R-value and renovate a basement space. With chemical sensitivities in the owner's family, this remodel involved dust mitigation, low-offgassing finishing products and no perfumed products to be worn.
TIMELINE: 1 1/2 months
SCOPE: contracted by owner to restructure and tile a noisy kitchen floor and remodel three bathrooms in a NW Calgary two storey home. This included undertile floor warming in the bathrooms. Thermal Imaging equipment was used to detect mold behind shower walls.
SCOPE: contracted by owner to replace carpet flooring with laminate, expend exisiting kitchen into nook area using cabinets supplied by client. Additionally, countertops were matched and added to extended kitchen which doubled the amount of cabinet space in this 600 sqft. condo. Additionally, a reverse-osmosis water filtration system was installed.
The buyers' Realtor for this condo commented on the beautiful interior design and quality construction, as compared to anything else in its price range. This condo sold with multiple offers when the market was soft.
